I'm not a young fellow anymore. I'd like to nail a big low as much as anyone, but first and foremost, I.... don't want to lose what I have. So, no matter how promising Chindia may look in the long run, I intend to maintain a defensive philosophy. After getting whipsawed once or twice about a year ago, I did some pretty decent trading, and on a meaningful scale. The only sector where I got in without stops (and which costs me money) is energy. I figure -- slowdown or not, they'll need the stuff - and as investment slows (and producers cut output), the prices will be back. Time will show.
