I hope Andrew Cuomo has some sway. Goldman Sachs has done the right thing. And it's not their salaries that I question. The fact is they have a salary, and a bonus is for exceptional performance. The company would fail without my taxpayer dollars and that is far from exceptional performance--that's disastrous performance. And personally I'd let all these companies go into the trashcan so lessons are learned. If it means I eat rice and beans myself, fine.

I see the recs on my post--interesting. Never had so many recs on a post.

i'm all for less efficient robber barons taking down the world's financial system.

how is that a bad thing?

if they want bonuses, stay off the government welfare system.

the prima donna days are done - they are lucky they aren't tarred and feathered.
