Well said. But may be, just maybe we should stop here and go back to ASND. This thread becomes more and more about personalities than about Ascend Comm.

I'm not a Cramer disciple, but in his defense, trading Ascend in batches of 250,000 shares or more is VERY difficult, and I dare say impossible. You try to dump anything more than 100,000 shares in a stock less than Cisco, Intel or Microsoft, during the same day...it's NOT that easy. On the other hand, you can buy and sell 5-10K shares of Ascend without much of problem.

Wrong! You specifically accused me of violating a written pledge I have made to the Securities and Exchange Commission, which would be a violation of the Securities and Exchange Commissions Investment Adviser Act of 1940. I am a lawyer, but so what. The definition of libel is pretty simple: accusing someone of a criminal act without any basis in the truth (reckless disregard). The courts say "reckless" means not even bothering to check with the individual libeled. Open and shut. But hey, all I ask is that the libel stop. Not too much to ask. Can I influence people at 2 Rector? If I could why would I have him dump on Ascend if I were long it. Hey did you go to college to get stupid, stupid--which is just a line from the end of Godfather II before you accuse me of plagiarism, too. Grow up. Sticks and stones may break my bones, which is why I carry a bazooka.

But I'm just happy today to find out that Cramer is LONG ASND and NOT short it. If he's the real Cramer, then I'm happy. He can rant and rave all he wants--just his usual hyper, loud self--but his LONG on ASND is all I care for. :-) Andy
