Whatever happened to the Dems' outcry against "corporate welfare"?

I guess for many of them it doesn't apply if the corporation in question has a heavily unionized workforce.

Personally I see just about no justification for this or for other forms of corporate welfare. If you care more about liberty, free markets, and economic efficiency, well corporate welfare subverts them, if you care more about equality and/or dealing with poverty, well CW gives money to relatively wealthy people, not to the poor.

Looks like no bailout is going to happen. Which this "socialist" sees as good. It seems the only (D)'s that are for it are rust belt (D)'s, and some union dependent (D)'s, but most (D)'s seem again' it.
