Note that whenever the US or Israel kills people the victims are always referred to as "militants" To declare somebody a "militant" means that he can be killed with impunity-- forget a trial. I don't think it will be long before American citizens are declared "militants" by secret star chambers and ordered killed or disappeared -- much like what happened in Argentina during the 1970s. And the ranks of "militants" to be exterminated or secretly jailed will not be limited to Arabs and Moslems.
