The bailout should have plenty of strings attached. All upper management needs to go. Reorganization is a must. Contract renegotiations a must - and as a part of that, GM's health care plan, the largest single buyer of viagra, needs to be re-vamped with all the "padding" taken out.

Hurricanes are nature's way of dealing with excess energy in the system. They are very destructive, but they serve a critical purpose in keeping nature in balance. If we could stop hurricanes, the effects would be much more dramatic and destructive.

These economically hard times serve a purpose. We shouldn't try to subvert their purpose. We need this economic hurricane to wipe out some of the poisons in our economy and society. Wiping out the UAW would be a great thing in my book. Let the natural system do its job..dammit.

I guess I've said that before...I just get frustrated that we keep on trying to stop hurricanes or volcanos or whatever.....
