He should start a market for CBBO's, collateralized Bankrupcy Bailout Obligations whereby taxpayers each get some stock and it trades on the new exchange. No margin or listing requirements. It'll have an index and everything! More issues will trade their than the AMEX by middle of next year. -gggg- DAK

The taxpayers are saddled with $ 700 billion bail out package to financial institution, and half of that amount has been allocated with no one overseeing what the CEOs are using the money for. The top guys will get $ 16 billion bonuses while running the companies to the ground. I say, freeze the rest of the bail out package. Ask the financial institutions to submit plans what they are going to do with the money. Selling corporate jets, change the bonus to stocks, and get $ 1 salary/year just like Steve Jobs, and let Paulson get down on his knees again. This supposedly smart guy, a veteran of Goldman Sachs turns out that he has no idea what he is doing and he has duped the entire country by giving money away with no supervision and letting the corrupt CEOs get more and more money. How much damage can the current administration do in the remaining 60 days? The answer is PLENTY, down to the level of humpty dumpty, so that Obama or anyone can fix that, allowing the neocons kidnap the country again in 2012 and install Sarah Palin as their puppet on a string. That disgusting woman from Alaska says that it is fun to have a turkey slaughtered to be filmed on camera for children to see. What a moron.
