More money was coming in to the fund. Having the government spend it itself would hardly be less socialist than giving it back to the people. I see. Better to give the money to the people of Alaska and so their gov't can turn around and ask the people of the lower 48 to fund their infrastructure improvements as Alaska as done for decades under Stevens. Brilliant! I've asked you before why you defend the people who are screwing us......but I won't this time. I will assume you are simply a chump.
