--That's not the definition of a perma-bear. Perma-bears are perennially bearish on STOCKS. They ALWAYS have other things to invest in.

I won't know how much credit to give this guy until I know if he was bearish from 1994 through 1999. If he was, then he's simply a stopped clock who finally got it right.
