Yes Betty this is true my father was the boss and gave me the worse jobs on the killing floor. I'm talking mass death, I did every job from the killing (which I'm not proud of) to cutting it up to be served on your plate. It was quite the experience to this day I look back and can't believe that I did all that at such a young age.
