Tell me there is a "chill at the DTC" how in the heck would you know that? Your a gosh for saken broker, not a MM. If you do know this you are going way out of your way to find stuff out aren't you. And unless the SEC has ordered a "chill" on this issue, then I suggest the DTC move out of our way, as far as I know they have no business holding the shares without SEC interaction.

Hmm, and just why would he work so hard to do this?

He just raised my per share price by $.25 each!

I have a short in my account as a result of my sale of the cool hundred shares. I'm asking why. Wouldn't you?

And yes, I do have access to our clearing operation to ask these types of questions. Perhaps your broker would provide the same services to you, if you asked.
