usually when we observe the facts, we do not err...it is when we interpret the facts, and put them into generalizations, that all hell breaks loose...

the fact that some fiat paper was redeemed at par does not mean that the govt created this value, ie, they got it by taxing the citizens, ...I think Heinz made this point a number of times..
