murder is premeditated. That is what the BATF did to the crazies.

self defense is what is being gutted from the Constitution, and is what the Branch Davidians practiced when attacked by BATF. Federal Court makes a mockery of the "justice" system. That is why thieves like Marc Rich will flee the country and then buy a pardon. It's easier and cheaper and less risky than standing before corrupt judges and prosecutors. Just look at what happened in federal Court to the surviving Branch Davidians when they did surrender. 40 years!

The Border Guard thing is bizarre. Cops are allowed to shoot citizens but BGs are not allowed to shoot armed drug dealers crossing into the country illegally.

The only Branch Dividians who successfully surrendered were able to because they surrendered on the news coverage side of the compound and could be seen by news cameras and so were not shot dead by the FBI. All surviving Branch Dividians were found not guilty of all charges pressed by the government. It's not legal to sue the government or any of it's agencies. Those that make the laws protect themselves from the laws everyone else has to live by.
