The two Mexicans shot were not armed and they were shot in the back while trying to flee back into Mexico. The agents weren't arrested for the shooting but for the lying and cover-up that followed. It's a complicated case and an argument can be made for the agents but it's not the one you just made. There are actual laws involved and the Border Patrol agents broke them. Get your facts straight before trying to condemn the judiciary to fit your reactionary anti-US government ideology.
