Thanks for the info. I agree with your assessment that truck sales rebound is temporary but at least it's something. From what you are saying it sounds like there is going to be a nationwide shortage of engineering jobs soon. I feel sorry for all the college engineering students graduating next spring.

Heard today (at one of the engineering centers at) Chrysler it was “panic”. All of the temp’s were laid off. For the full time engineers, they had two choices; a $70k buyout or laid off. Emptying desks, clearing out. Design engineers. Project engineers. Either way, it’s over for Chrysler; they just lost a lot of talent they can not replace. This is not joy. It feels that it may get too real, soon.
