Re: "word was coined by an American writer, Robert A. Heinlein as recently as 1988..."

Yep, Stranger in a Strange Land.

A bit controversial at the time it came out (mostly for the sex, not so much the SciFi). Now-a-days the old dude (I always assumed it was Heinlein doing a bit of 'wish fulfillment' <g>) sleeping with all those much younger women would probably be in 'trouble' for other reasons.... :-)

"THE TERMINATOR series, a great series of films, and something of a kinship to me, as you may know...<g>"

Yep! :-)

By the way, kind of hard to understand the network's thinking about the new 'Sarah Conners Chronicle' TV series, adding to the classic Terminator titles. (Heard they were thinking hard about dropping the series.) Although it seems to not be all that highly watched yet, it's got good production values, lot's of 'action' and 'babes', some excellent actors, that classic 'Terminator story-line' and, after all --- it's not like it's another talking car re-tread. <g>
