I have been asking that question to myself for a fairly long time.
Answer I have arrived at is 'The market does not have faith in the
products of the company or the Management. As I mentioned in another
post previously, this stock will move out of the trading range only when the company announces a recognised Customer for their products.'
If they think that they can make millions by selling chips to street side vendors in Malaysia and korea, they are very close to scamming their investors. Just my opinion, and I will not change it until and unless they manage to sell their products to a recognised PC maker.

Why? I just watched Nightly Business Report on TV. They said the semi index is in the downward trend. Maybe this is part of the reason. (Totally out of IDTI yesterday @13, swithed to CREAF and SIII)

AJBurl

IDT stock price has held up fairly well considering the slaughter in the semis and the sloppiness of the overall market. I do of course understand your frustration with this security when viewed from a long term perspective. Hopefully recent corporate developments, which have been expounded upon at length on this thread, will effect a higher stock price.

I continue to be long.
