Correction to prior post - disclosure statement stating no intent to declare dividend dated 5 days before the referenced post- sorry.

that's pretty interesting rrufff... you start out with that you don't follow it very close then you give a detailed accounting of the trading minute by minute! One correction is has not gone below a penny since I posted on the dividend! Not the .007 you state.

Then you go on to quote the: Rule 15c2-11

RE:"In their interim financial report filed on November 13, 2008, (information provided pursuant to Rule 15c2-11), they stated, "The Company has not declared dividends and does not intend to declare dividends on the common stock in the foreseeable future." Do you find that interesting, given the timing, a day before your post?"

So you seem to know more than you let out here? I was actively pointing out the RED flags on the stock until they made that dividend announcement. Will they pay out the dividend? I don't know but they did file it correctly and it is listed on the OTCBB list as a Cash dividend which I have never seen a pink sheet company do?

This company has the too good to be true look painted all over it! I thought the divy announcement would support the price better than it has quit frankly so my opinion now is very neutral to negative until they become more transparent.

The TA is not gaged and the Share count has remained the same for now but there is an issue of restricted shares?

Anyway were now off topic on Crede's Labwire board so I will stop for now. Don't think I am interested in a board on SI because I really don't spend much time on SI.

I agree with you that the Big board has now given much opportunity for the small time investor!

good luck
