"Unfortunately Bob coal is pricing itself out of the utility markets. " When you are ready to discuss the issue in a factual manner please let me know. Now - government can price coal generated electricity out of the market - but that is not coal pricing itself out of the market. Wait until Obama names his environmental personnel and see what happens to the market. He has made it almost impossible to not appoint nut cases like Algore. Not to do so would destroy the already damaged mantra of "change".
