No, he shouldn't be allowed. And OHSA has one of the best reputations of all. Some rw'ers diss it, but as a past factory worker, I can attest to what they do, in the limited way they are allowed, to try and keep things decent for people. Any poster on SI or anywhere or any politician who takes exception, I dare them to spend just one week working in a chicken plant. I lasted 15 months. I coulda lasted longer but I was ready to move. :) but I am serious that it breaks your body down quickly. And only the combined strength of OSHA and our union kept it from being worse, and being worse for the consumer, because literally you can only do so much in a minute... only take out so many lungs, only stuff in so many bags of giblets, ect. there are limits to human speed in these things. and you work on a concrete floor that is always wet, wearing rubber boots, and your knees go bad and your hands curl up and... they only want to push you further and further for more profit. profit to whom? they didn't pay us more for 45 a minute rather than 35, so profit to whom?

yes, I despise Bush. And Obama should undo, and make it known he will undo, every step Bush takes these last days.

And Bush will sleep fine. The man does not care.

Remember that Justice Sandra O'Connor was the person who voted Bush in after a 4 to 4 tie. She retired and had to take care her ailing husband. I am sure that her conscience would follow her to her death. She voted based on party line, the first time a US President decided by the Supreme Court, and Justice Sandra O'Connor did the country a gross injustice.
