What's the average hourly wage at the big 3 compared to Toyota and Honda?

The issue isn't "hourly wage". The issue is insane expenditures like the job bank, total cradle-to-grave health coverage, forcing plants to employ more people in lieu of replacing them with robots, requiring hour rate hikes for having to reach more than 18" (this is dumbest requirement I've ever heard of), and hundreds of other ridiculous provisions the UAW has shoved down management's throat under threat of walkout.

When you add it all up, the Big 3 is paying about double for its labor.

$72 vs $52 w/o the bennies which is the real problem. So double. Works out to a $1400 difference per car. No in the big threes favor. So the big three have to take it out of quality and profit.
