But he has been refinancing with the same broker for about 8-10 years never had any surprises and his lenders were Citi, Wells Fargo and I believe Chase. I will try to find out. > and going from 5.5 to 5 3/8 seems strange as well, despite zero points and zero closing cost.... Why do you think so?
