That term means absolutely nothing to me. The American auto industry will be less willing to turn things around if it can simply run to Uncle Sam every time there's a downturn. No one....absolutely no on is making this easy for the car companies. So essentially you have it backwards. I think the American auto industry can turn things around if it didn't get a bailout.
