What are you arguing joe? The issue is the dumping of coal debris into our rivers and streams? Bush is permitting it which violates our EPA standards. How can you absolve him of this act because you want nuclear? That makes absolutely no sense. Is it not possible for you to have a reasonable exchange solely on the issue at hand?

I want clean environment, and replacing coal with nuclear is the proven way to do so.

Those who oppose nuclear are the ones responsible for all the environmental problems from coal mining and burning.

Even if we did everything you demand.......we could not abandon coal over nite. Nuclear probably is a good idea but not moving in that direction at the pace you want does not justify dumping coal debris into America's clean rivers. That was the point of my post....so why do you ignore it and try to change the subject to nuclear?
