Truth is i dont think US manufactures have enough green cars. In order to go green, we might have to incent carbon one more time. Give the incentive for car purchase for all cars but require auto companies to discontinue gas guzzlers and go green. I dont think we can force consumers into a bidding war for limited fleet of green cars.

Based on MPG I hope. Been pushing that for 5 years I think.


That is going to help imports more than domestic producers. This sounds like a great incentive:
