I'm not ignoring it, it just doesn't change any point. The issue under discussion was "official", not "private organization". The later might be taken by some to imply the former (in fact in one post I made an argument along those lines), but since you quoted someone saying "it official" before saying that NBER was private, and yourself called it official after making such a statement, you seemed to think that it was official. But you know this just isn't worth it. Fine you never called it official. Happy now?
