Then maybe you can stop griping about / talking about the 'private' part (N.B.E.R.) now... which you and I are in agreement on that I always was careful to point-out that N.B.E.R. is a fully private organization.... And, get back to where you affirmatively stated that there was an 'official' government definition, and the QUESTION that I asked you a couple of times already about that: WHO's 'official government definition' are you talking about? (What Agency of government, etc.) Since they all mostly defer to N.B.E.R. now, I'm still curious about what you were talking about. You are the one who alleged that they was an "official" def... and 'm simply been trying (across several replies) to get you to tell me WHERE it comes from (what Agency) and what makes it "official".....
