Pugs, Morgan, Breton and none of the John DOE's or anyone else mentioned in the MEGELLAN press release have been served any legal papers in the mater. Dempsey Mork ONLY filed a complaint with the CA Court system to be able to file that national press release. IMHO, he NEVER intended to act upon this and was only trying TO SLAM OVIS shares and create a panic sell with it. ON the OTHER HAND. Gary Morgan's complaint if FL. Federal Court was filled and those named in the suit have be SERVED LEGAL PAPERS from the process servers. Not Served by Micky D's people. Excuse me that's D Mork's people! Riley G

If you think the shorts intended to take advantage of everything possible, you're right. They are doing just what you are. Their intent is to make money, so is yours. If they see OVIS not properly registered in Washington and can embarass the company, they do it. If they see potential violations of SEC procedures, they air it out. If they have pictures which show everybody what the company looks like, they do it. Are they totally wrong? No IMHO. Are all the tactics I've seen here on both sides legal and ethical? Absolutely not.
