I think the Court reached the correct decision..BUT...I think this is a real boneheaded move by Obama.....this will encourage nutcases on the right to kep the issue alive for years....just as kooks on the left kept the "Bush stole two elections" meme alive during his 8 years. It will continue to encourage polarization....
