After you strip the "fluff" and get down to the numbers this co. is in good shape and making money. Look for reduction of debt and cost of operations in the next year. Depending on how mgmt. deals with the outstanding shares this stock could double by the next qtr.

PS I know mgmt has had people thru the plant who could make an offer to buy. What would the value of repap be in that case? I would prefer to see a reduction in debt, outstanding shares, and costs before selling the plant.
