Can't be done...the Vatican has it along with the witness certificates from three kings and the Vatican refuses to release it.

So how are your efforts to make sure the crazies can pack concealed in the nation's airports going? With all the time you are spending on this birth certificate stuff your effort to free the crazies to pack concealed in the nation's airports, particularly at this busy time of the flying year, must be suffering.
