Hi rruff it sure appears to be so? Don't know but ANVH has to file reports with the SEC soon or risk being suspended or revoked? The CEO claims he is going to do this by year end but I highly doubt it. They claim to have 30 million in assets and over 500 share holders so this defiantly puts them in the required filing arena for sure. There is a conference call scheduled for this week and I think if nothing is filed with the SEC or much of the needed transparency done this December you will see this stock sink into the triple zero's next month. The dividend PR did change my thoughts to give them the benefit of the doubt but the market has clearly shown this to be wrong? Don't forget this CEO was also the CEO of Doll Tech at one time and Otto law is involved here so it is looking shakier by the day? Happy holidays Sands
