Uh......I've always believe that the UAW has to contribute to the solution. I also think mgmt has to as well......a bigger hit.

How can management take a "bigger hit" than the UAW? If you take all the money management makes company wide it wouldn't amount to a fraction of what UAW members make, often for not showing up to work.
