My uncle has one, and the car is a real 'beercan' in my opinion. It doesn't even get mileage as high as it should in real driving conditions because you have to thrash the hell out of that small motor to get going. As others have said, the Honda Fit for a bit more money is a WAY better car...

I know a guy who has, among other cars, a Smart car and a Bugatti Veyron. I have neither ridden in nor spoken to him about either. I just wanted to tell someone that I know a guy who has a Veyron.

My guess is that the Veyron has little difficulty getting to speed on the on-ramps.
