"My guess is that the Veyron has little difficulty getting to speed on the on-ramps."

My guess is the Veyron has difficulty staying on the ground at the end of the ramps! Odd combo there.

I've seen the Veyron at an exotic car dealer in downtown Chicago. I love performance cars, but there is just something about that bulbous lump that makes me want to throw up, especially when looking at the sticker. <ggg> Then I see little factoids like the following:

"- 4 new Michellin PAX tires = $25,000 ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

- If the tires need to be removed from the rims, this can ONLY be done in France and costs $70,000. France is the only place in the world with the tools to remove the rim from the tire."

Best regards,
John

PS - I wonder what an oil change runs... Do they have to ship the car to France for that also, or can Jiffy Lube do it?? <ggg>
