Oh, man the K- and X-car debacles!

I had a Chevy Citation. Power steering went out on a trip from LA to New Orleans in 1983, damn near left me stranded in some West Texas shithole, with all of 35,000 miles on it.

Not surprisingly, the last Merkan car I ever drove or ever will drive.

The quality gap is more perception than reality. I would imagine many of the Big 3 bashers have not owned one for many years and don't even ride in a domestic car often.
