Pete

Why wouldn't Corel do the port? What OS common on the Alpha? I thought COSFF already did a UNIX port, and runs fine on NT. I don't understand.

In the simple terms within my comprehension:
i] You port an operating system to a processor/architecture/box.
ii] You port applications to the OS, which thru the API does the grunt work.

So what is this "port to the Alpha" nonsense?? Or is my viewpoint all screwed up???

Leo
