The Pres from PBGC who was touting their 46 billion in assets must be sweating hard hearing that CALpers news. Without a doubt, PBGC will be bailed out also...and that one should rival AIG.

The Dems latest plan is to try to end-run Prop 13 and the Repubs. Or in other words, do something that will get tied up in constitutional court challenges for months and achieve nothing.
