Steve

The left is all about how Bush, Cheney, Rove, the entire lot of them, have violated the law, gutted the Constitution, and should be tried under International Law for war crimes.

I heard Jonathan Turley on the Randi Rhodes show yesterday, speaking matter-of-factly about how Bush and Cheney should be subjected to war crimes trials because they "tortured" people (he was referring to waterboarding).

Of course, brilliant attorney that he is, Turley ought to know that waterboarding is NOT torture (since there is no severe pain or suffering, mental or physical). But he totally disregards this fact in favor of his liberal philosophy under which he condemns Bush and Cheney.

It is just the way they are. We hate Bush. We don't care about the truth, we'll say anything to bash him.
