AQ as a force to be reckoned with in Iraq has been decimated and the Iraqi armed forces are nearly ready to deal with the future on their own....

Al, > I see...so AQ is not sitting and waiting for the deadline to come and go now, as they argued before the deal? C'mon...

For all we know, AQ could just be waiting for "Hussein" to be inaugurated next month.

Obviously the war cost way too much, and stopping a loss is never a bad idea. But it makes no sense to disparage a timetable for withdrawal now that sectarian violence in Iraq is at its lowest level in years.
