No I never did, as a matter of fact, I don't think Intel really ever thought IA64 would be last standing. Others do though. oh well.

Are you aware that it's not nice to lie? Or are you being sneaky and want to justify that statement as meaning Intel was going to keep selling IA-32 X86 CPUs for embedded systems and such after Intel transitioned the market to IA-64?
