What I meant was, isnt a BMI of 24 considered high for a person 5'11" and 172 lbs according to that scale?

I am thinking that its close to excellent, but now I am not so sure, and I personally think that I still have some "extra" lbs, even at 172, but the thought of seeing myself so lean that I am 165 lbs, with a BMI of under 20 isnt far fetched, or do I have this whole issue vexing me without reason?
