1. Williams idea of a flat market is different than mine and if he,she ever says its going to be 'down' I will sell everything If you recall correctly, Sig, I said flat TO DOWN, and I have been predicting this for months. Remember my argument with Steve way back in August that the 2nd half of Oct is lousy, and he said that Oct was good. Remember me saying that? That the 2 big crashes occurred in Oct and quite a few bear markets start in Oct. Well, the Hong Kong market crashed, so that's yet another crash in Oct. I'm happy. More buying opportunities for those of us prescient enough to be in cash.
