Hello Chuck....the problem with good news on any stock that is close to its 52-week high is that it does very little good. The bad news on the other hand can have dire consequences.
INTC needs to trade in the 70's range before any good news has any meaningful impact.

MSFT on the hand....that is a different type of beast. I don't know if investors are forcefully pushing MSFT for another 2-1 split but I believe the marketplace will prevail and drive it down to the low $100's range where it trully belongs. We tested $127 1/2 just briefly this week and I predict we will revist that level soon.
MSFT fell 1/16 on a down market...amazing how much strength small investors have...but it is only a matter of time before reality sets in.
