Mike--- "Solution is really simple. End of settlements. Compensations in lieu of return. Jerusalem as dual capital. "

chris "We totally agree here Mikey! So, why doesn't friggin' ISRAEL dismantle it's presence in the West Bank? Which is WAY more than JUST settlements."

Chris,
We can go on like this forever. Do you think dismantling presence in west bank leads to an automatic peace in west bank not to mention gaza? Do you think Hamas and hizbolla just lay down the rockets and sing gumbaya. You gotta know its more complex than that. But having said that, i do think a good first step would be a clear statement from israel that they wont support settlements after some date in the future with the exception of land in and around jerusalem which will be compensated to the pals with other land. Simultaneous to that, hamas needs to stop the rocket attacks. Use your head chris, no peace if rockets are falling in either direction.
