Of course. Terrorist sleeze, just as dictators like Saddam did, use civilians as human shields.

So, do you let them get away with it and further consolidate their hold on the innocents, or do you go in and solve the problem?

The answer is fairly obvious. If you don't solve it now it just gets worse over time.

Not true. As of today the UN official civilian death toll stands at 63. That is out of 400+ killed.

Bad enough but certainly not a quarter, not even close to that.
