Who is doing this buying? I might make a trade or two with a small amount of shares and a tight stop loss but nothing more. The current buying can't be based on valuations.

"Who is seriously willing to take a seat in the first car of a train that's almost guaranteed to derail?"

Great question.

Another intriquing question is:

How did they do it ? That is who are these 'smart people'
who can sell that 'seat in the first car of a train that's
almost quaranteed to derail?'.

They don't call themselves 'advanced wallstreet civilization'
for nothing.

That's who.
