USO..... Yes, I think so... but a different perspective depending on if one is a :

Trader
Inwestor
Tradawestor ( one of those trades than went sour)

looking at USO from a short term 60m swing perspective, certainly getting the moves...

I'm a reluctant bull (short term) on the DOW, SPX and Nas. I went long QLD which (if I recall) has a bullish target of 42. I expect some pain down the road but I think we're going to have an Obama rally here. Its a game of flexibility and being nimble
