Again, you formulate things concisely and elegantly. If you have not considered writing a book on something like "practical probability" you might consider doing so. You don't have to write the book to get a publisher; it's quite ethical to send out prospectuses to multiple publishers simultaneously to find out if they have any interest in your project. You might include a tentative table of contents and a sample chaper, but often all that's needed is a well-written letter. If nobody nibbles, try changing your title. Since it's in your discipline, you might even get a paid leave or a grant to work on it.
