The company did NOT say that they will be funding operations with stock sales. Anyone taking the time to read the filings can see this. They said the following:

"We intend to raise additional capital through an offering of our Common Stock or other securities to provide additional working capital to fund the expansion of operations through acquisitions and the addition of new clients through marketing efforts and joint ventures with other service organizations."

Notice how the are intending to fund the EXPANSION OF OPERATIONS through acquisitions and marketing efforts
and joint ventures.

In another part of the filing they state: "We intend to meet our immediate capital needs from cash flow provided from operations."

Even an inexperienced investor knows that offerings of Common Stock is a typical way for a public company to acquire other companies or expand operations. The level of Outstanding Shares for LBWR has barely increased over the last few years and the float is very, very low, so I'm not worried.

While I think that LBWR showing profits in the last few quarters and having Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies makes it a very rare Pink Sheet company, I can't wait until it makes it to the OTCBB.

No sands...it says to fund expansion and acquisitions, not operations.
